Anybody wanna sign up for 7-7 heading to Foxboro?

Wow, just took a look at the standings and the the Bengals look like they are falling apart now too. The AFC is pretty terrible minus the big dogs so why not? Before yesterdays game, I was on the draft-pick train but this would obviously be a whole lot more fun. Unfortunately, that Titans loss was the killer as far as any crazy, fantasy, playoff talk.

God please no. That would be the WORST thing that could possibly happen.

I want this suckiness to actually be rewarded with a high draft pick not picking 14th or 15th when we should be 3rd.

OK, you asked so here's what I think:

1.  Only 2 decent QBs in remaining 6 games - Brady and Stafford.

2.  Only 1 team is even a top 16 D, the JAGS are 3rd best D.

3.  Only 1 team in Top 16 O, the Pats at #10. No top Running backs to face so Bills D can force a one-dimensional game.

That being said, I think we play Allen in the last 6 and go 3-3 to finish 6-10.

I remember talking to a Jets fan after Week 1. "I can't believe how good we looked. Think about it; we play Miami and then Cleveland. We can be 3-0 going into week 4."

I do love me optimism, though.

I didn't say they'd do it, mind you, but after ten games we are fielding the #1 defense now and appear to have at least some competence at the QB position.  Plus, we're playing teams who are all trending rapidly downward.  It would make for a fun W16 matchup, for sure...

You have your priorities seriously messed up.

I know. Just bustin' chops.

Though I think you need Allen under center the rest of the year if healthy. Whatever Barkley did yesterday won't be sustainable long-term. Maybe it's me, but he looks to have one of the slowest releases I've ever seen and a faster D won't let him throw those rainbows.

#1 defense in the NFL doesn’t need to be wasted.

Start Barkley until he pukes on himself. The more time Allen sits and learns the better.

I’m not going to lie, I’m very intrigued by Barkley. Was a top prospect at USC and never really has gotten a true shot.

I legitimately have absolutely no idea how the next four games will turn out.  I'm more optimistic than I was a week ago but I also wouldn't be stunned if we got utterly destroyed by the Jags.  Somehow I also wouldn't be stunned if we won easily.  I've never seen a Bills team this hard to predict.

If you look at the last 4 losses, it was more of the case of Bills offense stabbing itself in the foot than anything else.  The Bills losses also came at the hands of very good opposing QBs.   A 4 game run is not out of the question if the Bills offense is finding its footing.
