No, it really is not. That is the dog whistle only you (and others with have an #OrangeManBad mindset) can hear.

again, to the the majority of people it is. Prolly an unfair question, but what makes a  statement racist in you mind? Dis Trump need to say " ya know, those 4 Black women need to go back to where they came from" to make it racist?

The word you're looking for is xenophobic.

It's different than racism.

And xenophobic is still debatable, but at least it's a better debate.

No, i will vehemently argue this point. Trump has not said all nations outside the US are chitholes etc, only those where the great majority of the populace is people of color.

Here’s the thing.  He didn’t say any of that.  He qualified everything he said.

You want to make this be about racism, because you just know in your heart that the President is racist, despite there being no evidence, because you need him and his supporters to be racists; which is why what he said was so dumb.  It opened the door for exactly this sort of nonsense.

what did he not say? That immigrants were dirty? That they came here to breed? That these 4 women should go back to where they come from? What part did he not say?

In terms of rthis tweet being racist. the phrase"they should go back to where they came from" is widely associated worldwide with racist groups and far right groups.. If you believe to be racist statement has to explicitly state the color of someone's skin, then you are right, there is no way Trump will ever say anything racist, nor will anyone in this world for the most part. So these people should go back where they came from, they are dirty, they came here  here to breed...all good!

Trump tweets a bunch of crap constantly.  No argument, but you're quoting the liberal media talking point which twists his words.  He doesn't simply say, "they should go back to where they came from".  His tweet said:  "Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how.... "

He's not telling them to get out.  He's telling them to go back to these other countries, do some work and learn something, and then come back.

Now he missed the fact that AOC and one from Michigan were born in the U.S.  Stupid on his part.

Is this, generally speaking, a true statement or not?

#Trumpisgod crowd says don't take everything Trump says as literal, until they say "this is literally what Trump said"

the phrase " go back to where they came from " is freaking offensive to the majority of people in this country..

That is actually the most impressive thing you have said in  this thread. Hot yoga is no joke, and not for the weak. (I am assuming you mean shirtless, because shitless would be  )

If you look closely at that photo from the Trump rally, you can count 13 bodies.

I believe that's 13 times the number of people you saw at Hillary's inauguration.

I haven’t ever characterized you as such, and if others have unfairly I’m sorry to hear it. You seem like someone who actually dialogues on topics which is awesome to see- others here are closer to the sound of a toilet clogging.

That being said, you’re inferring the context given the history of the phrase, while the context of the actual text provides a very obvious explanation for the statement- without race being involved.

The argument broken down in three parts is this:

1- People (even just use Omar as the example) who are not originally from here are here saying that America is terrible and needs to fundamentally change.

2- The places these people are from are universally accepted as shi+hole countries (unless you want to argue that Somalia is great).

3- If they hate America and know how to make someplace good, they should return to their/her shithole country and fix that first, then come back and show us how it's done....

This isn't racist. If she was from Canada and Canada, full of white cannucks, was a steaming pile of ***** (which it is in a lot of ways politically, but economically and overall it is a fairly civilized place) and he said all this it would have the same exact meaning. It's not racist at all.

As for your other points, there is a difference between a country having ***** politics and legitimately being 3rd world countries...
