Could be a very interesting game.

Have at it

The Steelers and Panthers are among several teams that should consider flipping their post-touchdown mindset and making a two-point attempt their default option during the first three quarters or so (when football games are about point maximization).

PITTSBURGH -- Carolina Panthersquarterback Cam Newton showed his support for the grieving city of Pittsburgh and his team's owner by wearing black and gold warm-up cleats with "Hatred Can't Weaken A City of Steel'' on the side.

Cam and Ben.

Two awesome qb’s.

Big Ben a perennial winner and Cam getting there (though some disagree)

Two good teams and a bunch of fantasy implications! I’m jacked for this one.

First Carolina prime time game, I want to see how well they use Moore and Samuel.

First this season you mean?

fantasy drives people to the watch games they normally won’t.

Hopefully one of the better games on Thursday night football this year. Thankfully off work tomorrow so I can enjoy it. I'm going with the Panthers in this one.

You'd think so going in.  I'm going with the Panthers too.

Yeah it’s their first PT game this year, IIRC.

ESPNs match up predictor has the Steelers 68%

The Steelers turned their season around when the defense started to play better. They have allowed no more than 21 points in any of the past four games, including a strong effort in Baltimore Sunday when they allowed a season-low 16 points.

Panthers for me as well. They're playing tough and Pitt is shaky imo. Hoping for a great game, but who knows these days on Thursday...

Steelers win the toss and defer.

That was too easy. PIT better figure out how to defend McCaffery.

I didn’t bet it but I would have taken the over. A short week could make  it difficult for Pitt’s D. Carolina is a different type of offense.

Pitt should get their points against just about anyone.

It sucks that we could have had JU JU without trading up. Although, he wasn't that great in college.

He also seems smaller now than he did in college.
