Positives to look for in 2nd half of season

Recommended Posts

1. Get Allen back out there when hes healthy. Give him more reps and experience to build on  for next year.

2. Continue to see Zay Jones develop as a WR. Hes definitely improved over last season.

3. Seeing Milano and Edmunds turn into a lethal LB duo.

What else you guys got? Its a tough year. We need to focus on the little battles (individual player progressions) so we can gear up next year and be much more competitive.

Go Bills ?

I think you hit the bright spots. Tre, Poyer, Hyde also nice.

1 is a mist- Allen’s gotta get regular season Reps to get better.  Practice and preseason just don’t cut it

Sit Allen. He should be shut down for the season.

That's a horrible take.

The only thing good that come from the 2018 campaign is for Allen to play all the time, see tons of stuff, and, in theory, improve.

These games without him playing really hurt b/c it's all just a huge waste of time.

We are slowly securing a great draft slot for next year though.

So there's that.

Bubble wrap the defense until next year.

Have Zay continue to develop into a legit #2/slot WR.

....that’s all I’ve got.

Ivory is fun to watch run, I guess?   More guys like him and less like Shady.

If Allen is healthy at any point of the season, he should play.

I disagree. Once hes absolutely 100% healthy, id throw him out there. Even if its only 4 more games 4 more games is a lot to possibly build on.

Absolutely- you squeeze all the value you can from live pro games no one expects to win and a lost season.

If he’s shut down for the year then next season is lost probably also.

One positive  for the second half of the season is that there isn’t a third half..

Hate wasting good efforts on D with such inept offensive play..

A few on TBD are predicting a good finish and possible playoff run

Halloween... Thanksgiving... and Christmas!

Seriously, I got nothing... other than agreeing with row and Bob that the season is halfway over.

I'd like to know if Allen is the real deal but we may just get him killed as the team is currently built.  I do hope to see Edmunds, Milano, and White continue to grow and form a solid foundation for a young defense.

We seem to have needs at so many positions, it's depressing.

I agree about Ivory. I think Shady tries too hard at times. Id be open to trade him and reboot at RB with a 3rd pick or so.
