Has any team ever botched offensive personnel like this front office?

We're rebuilding. Stop whining.

Again, this is not a "rebuild".

This is what happens when people are in jobs they are not capable of performing.

HC - McDermott

GM - Beane

QB - Allen/Peterman

The most important roles on an NFL team are held by these guys. Would you bet the house on any of them?

Some DE that won’t help the offense ??

I'm sure they'll grab a sick RB in the 2nd round.

Offense is on next years to do list.  Unless you believe they broke Woods neck and fed Richy some dope that made him lose his mind this really isnt their doing.

Offense/defense can’t be a year to year thing. They could have made some simple cost effective moves that would have helped them on offense. They could have opened their eyes witj Nate P. and avoided that disaster. That disaster plays again Sunday? Yikes.

Yes, it is....they are wasting a playoff defense yet again. Made the playoffs last year with a below average offense and instead of building on that, made it worse. You can't expect this offense to be fixed in one off-season. You can't neglect one side of the ball. In 2 years most likely Williams, Alexander and Hughes will be gone. Will this FO sign Tre White to a big long term contract....

They did pass for over 300 yards, but again no cohesion or sense of urgency.

The best part is the game is over and they are still throwing, Anderson injured and in comes Peterman on third and 33 with the game over and instead of kneeling or handing off, throws two underneath patterns on third and fourth downs well short of the first as some kind of joke or show Peterman can complete passes?

While someone deserves to be held accountable for this teams current record of 2-6. I think the bigger problem is that the point differential is 87 points for to 200 points against! That's a huge disparity in a league that is currently setting records for scoring. This offense can't score a TD!

However, like someone else stated that the FO managed to pull off a Rex Ryan type thing of killing the very best run game in the league.

This offensive coaching staff killed that great Bills run game that even last year was #4 in attempts, #6 in rushing yards.

This year the 2018 Buffalo Bills are #15 in rush attempts, #23 in rushing yards, #15th in rushing attempts, #26 in rushing TDs, #29 in yards per attempt!

In 2016 the Bills were #2 in rushing attempts. #1 in rushing yards, #1 in rushing TDs, #1 rushing in yards per attempt.

In 2015 the Bills were #2 in rushing attempts, #1 rushing yards, #1 in rushing TDs, #1 in rushing yards per attempt.

I agree that someone NEEDS to be fired over this and it should be both the Bills OC and the line coach/run game coordinator!

that was some skilled hazmat suit garbagetime passing there to get to 300 yards

those presssureless checkdowns on 3rd and medium yardage were a thing to behold as well

Peterman got them over the hump.....  Monkey off their back.....  Loved them going for it on 4th & 22 and a great checkdown......

Again explain why?  The defense has had 4 good games, which makes them superbowl level?  The offense is terrible.

Because they at least believe they have a plan and firing them after a season and a half is beyond stupid.

Tyrod is a much better QB right now than anyone on our roster.

Let it die.     He died before week 3 was over.

We we understand that a pocket of you guys are super angry over Allen’s 2-3 record through 5 games.

Allen is the worst starting QB in the NFL.

We're a QB away from having a really good team.

I’m ok w Allen. Give him time and let’s see what we got. What I’m not ok with is the “plan” for the position going into the season. McD has not shown the ability to properly manage an NFL roster & it goes beyond QB.

You don’t believe that, right?

If we had an average starting NFL QB we could be 5-3 right now and in the playoff race.

We have an elite defense and elite special teams.

Our QBs have been our Achilles Heel.
