Has any team ever botched offensive personnel like this front office?

No, No Bills team has looked this illogical and irrational while building an offense at least since I have been watching (1979). Their plan makes no sense and they are now embarrassing the franchise with Anderson and Peterman.

77 was the worst, Juice got hurt and they got one rushing TD besides the QB all year, for a team that was counting on a run attack

Nope. Which is why McD & BB need to be fired.

This offense is inexcusable.

How many drives has it been since they've scored a TD? It's almost 60 now.

No TDS in back to back game against the 26th ranked defence against the colts, and the 32nd historically bad defence against the pats. Well they won’t be ranked 26th and 32nd anymore after shutting down this embarrassing offence

They have absolutely nothing at WR. Daboll will get fired. It's a weak  draft for playmakers. N'Kell Harry with a trade down or I think it's a pass rusher in the top 5. They're the worst team in terms of entertainment value since SF with Smith in his rookie year.

Who are they tanking for?

Nothing.  Fans who claim they are tanking mistake the NFL for the NHL or NBA where there is a huge dropoff after the top few guys in the 1st round.

There is no huge dropoff in the NFL if you don't have a Bruce Smith at the top of the draft.

No team tanks the year AFTER they draft their franchise QB.

This is pure incompetence.  This front office believed that Nate Peterman is a NFL starting QB.  They believed that Benjamin was a #1 receiver.  They believed that Zay Jones was worth trading up for.  They don't believe in speed at the skill positions.

In the 2018 NFL where offensive records are being set around the league, the Bills are run by a staff whose offensive philosophy is stuck in the 1960s.
