I have to hand ot to this guy--he is the ultimate survivor.  Despite all evidence to the contrary, he thinks what his team really needs....is 'ol Hue Jackson gettin more INVOLVED in that offensive play calling!

The balls on this guy!!  How does he still have a job??  Not only that, but he ALWAYS throws everyone under the bus.  He would be a worse bus driver than he is a HC!

So, all of you wailing about McD......take a look 4 hours west to marvel at the perfect pile of crap that is Hue Jackson...

The new GM wanted to fire him when he took over. The owner said no. He'll probably will be gone by next year, if not sooner.

That's the kind of steel spined resolve you want in your new GM.

If you can't even demand that the worst HC in NFL history be gone prior to your arrival, you don't belong.  Downright Whaley-like...

The owner is the boss. That's how the real world works.

Watching the scene where Hue was addressing Haley and Gregg Williams was sitting there too - something to the effect this is my team and we'll run it the way I want to.  Then said when you're the head coach you do it the way you want (paraphrasing).  I think it was in reference to Haley thinking the team needed to be tougher physically and that too many players were getting maintenance days off.

I got the feeling that was an unnecessary way to talk to a couple veteran coaches that have been head coaches.  I remember saying that kind of attitude will be the beginning of the end for him.

True- however, a GM of an NFL team must have autonomy. Dorsey is a very marketable guy- maybe he shouldnt have taken the job if he couldnt bring his people in. This is why Cleveland and Buffalo continue to swirl the drain.

In the real world, you don't have to take a job where you are being set up to fail.

His choice was: take the money, or wait for a better offer.

Hue never misses a chance to remind everyone that he’s the head coach.
