If Carr isn't the long term answer, it's because Gruden sucks, not Carr. He had a decent enough tenure with Del Rio, Carr wasn't the problem with the Raiders. They have neglected the oline just as much as we have, no other weapons than Cooper, who's gone now, a defense that no one felt like fixing. I'm really not sure what you're talking about. Since Carr's injury he has been visibly worse.
