The die hard Bills fans will watch at home on NFL Game Pass. Special offer this week only £5. Some fans may go to the Chargers/Titans game at Wembley for the early kick off. There are generic Sports Bars & Pubs in London that will show live Sports. Rileys Sports Bar in Haymarket is fairly close to you in Mayfair. Multi screens, but will show soccer and NFL and other sports. Vikings/Jets is the main match on UK Sky Sports this week so that may well be on in Rileys. Possible they may show NFL Red Zone. Ironically was just there for the Texans game. Most casinos show the games but call in advance just to make sure. There are a couple bars in London where you can book a table and have them show the specific game you want at your table as well. However, you need a min of 4 people so I wasn't able to do that. Best place is probably Hippodrome Casino on Leicester Square -- they have a dedicated viewing area for every NFL game every week so there are always other Bills fans there. I watched the opener there and there were plenty of Bills fans. There is also a UK Bills backers group they held a Bills party in a dedicated bar for the playoff game in January so post there to check https://twitter.com/billsbackersuk?lang=en I was travelling the last few weeks in Boston and Chicago and watched the Bills games in the Bills bars in those cities. Reminded me that the Bills experience is even more intense when you're watching with Bills fans away from WNY.
