Bill Murray
So suggesting Eli gets dealt to Jacksonville (edit: citing Matt Hassleback suggesting he gets traded). I know everyone is going to throw up on this, but should we consider him for a year? Our defense is a contender, and he can at least keep opposing defenses off the line of scrimmage. He could open up room for Shady & Ivory to run. All we need is to score 14 to 17pts a game / week to win...why not go for it. I suspect JA could learn a thing or two from him in the meantime. PLUS, he would get to play against Brady twice! Could be interesting... https://nypost.com/2018/10/15/eli-manning-trade-could-save-him-and-the-giants-espn-qb/ Edited October 15, 2018 by Bill Murray

DCOrange
To be clear, he isn’t actually on the block according to this article unless I missed something. It’s just Matt Hasselbeck saying they should trade him. 1
Boatdrinks
Might work after 3-4 weeks but the season will be over by then. He’ll go to JAX and reunite with Coughlin.

BillsFan130
Only thing valuable Eli would bring is a great veteran presence that hopefully Allen could learn from. I don’t think it’s smart to trade draft picks for just a veteran presence though
mykidsdad
After we bring Eli to town we should trade Peterman for a 1st rounder...then we can all wake up...

Rc2catch
He’s done. Don’t matter where he went in this hypothetical scenario. He doesn’t have it anymore. I would expect this is his last year. He doesn’t even look like he cares at all either. Just there to collect his check

K-9
Eli stayed one year too long as it is. He is just no longer capable of helping a “contender” who is just a QB away from making the playoffs, let alone a team that is far more away than just a QB on offense.
