Man I was sure dude was gonna get clotheslined by that tree!

Amazing amount of get up and go on that beast--looks like it could rival a greyhound in the quarter mile--if it could stay oriented in the same direction

One thing you learn around here is that your average adult Bills fan has the spelling and grammar skills of a C student in 5th grade.

People love to complain about press conferences and interviews. I don’t get it. Isn’t there enough to complain about?!?

Complaining is a three course dinner.. players, coaches, management are all on the menu

This interview wins the award for "most boring interview of 2018."  Holy cow was this one a boar.  Keep in mind too, I am one of the fans that thinks you need to give Daboll a chance but man was this brutal.

Howard Simon does the best he can to talk to Brian Daboll, but he says nothing.  Just a lot of cliches like "He had some good moments and then some moments he'd want to have back."   He is very flat, monotone, and void of any expression or enthusiasm.  Almost Belichick-esque.  Also to make matter worse, it sounds like he's half-asleep, which he might have been since it was the morning.  Plus you can tell that he's on a speaker phone or a conference call speaker.

Even Howard tries his best but nothing works.  You get the feeling that Howard know this was a lousy segment, though no fault of his own.

Normally I listen to all of WGR's interviews with Bills players or media members.  Some are better than others, but nearly all of the time they are interesting in some way. This was an exception.

Again, I like Daboll but this interview was a snoozer:

I listened to the interview and, frankly, found Daboll to be knowledgeable and honest.  The fact is, he's got two young QB's he's developing. It's clear he is being patient and supportive while recognizing there are/ will be growing pains. Interestingly, the poster alludes that Daboll was "brutal" and "almost Billichick-esque" in his boring (note; correct spelling) interview. By any measure, Daboll is far more expressive than the soon to be HOF coach. Having said that, if personality and entertaining the fans in a radio interview is the hallmark of a great coach, wouldn't Rex Ryan and Jim Mora Sr. still be in the league?

howard usually sounds like a stoned teenager or he's claiming his love for one of the sabres. dabol was probably dreading it, but had to do it.

It was terrible to listen to.  He was brief and said nothing.  Plus he was hard to understand.

We'll see who's laughing Sunday night

you should be in a dark, quiet place (heavily sedated) and praying your ass off....not for nothin

That’s nice....but I completely disagree.  He could have given us some info.  Even Howard sounds like he knew that interview sucked.

Also I’m a fan of Daboll, I just thought he gave a boring interview with very little insight

I am surprised he has time for an interview.  He sure as hell didn't have his team ready the last two games.  Maybe he should focus on that.

WGR is the Bills flagship station, so they schedule these interview well in advance.
