Why does the Likes of Kerley and Holmes make the opening day roster and Not Riley, Coleman, Phillips? Why is Trent Murphy signed (though this isnt that bad of a contract)? Vontae Davis was such a head scratcher for me even last year when it happened. Trent Murphy and star are the new whipping boys but I don’t think they have been that bad. Agree Whaley seemed to be good at vets but terrible drafting this gang looks ok at drafting but terrible on pro side. Do you think Whaley and his team were the first to understand and scout those two players. McDermott actually admitted he scouted them in Carolina and has been watching them for a while.
