Hypocrisy It was the returners fault for not calling for a fair catch on the play. Because of it he takes the risk of being hit like that, it's why the fair catch rule exists. They can catch a holding penalty in a huge mess of linemen on a 2 yard run play, but fail to notice this man’s helmet missing and immediately blow the whistle???
