Week 2: Chargers Game Preparation - Beautiful Day for Football!

Recommended Posts

Bosa is heading to GB for a second opinion on his foot on Weds. Seems like his chances of playing this week are low.

Just name a starter today and quit the games with the QB position. OBD isn’t fooling anyone.

McDermott....do you really have the balls to go up to the podium and name Nate starter again?  He's burned you twice now.

Yup he looked at the tape and thinks Nate gives him the best chance to get to heaven...

Yes, that’s the report I heard. I assume he is seeing a foot doctor in GB.

Interesting choice.

My guess is that specialist will recommend the standard GB therapy:

Robert Anderson is the Doc who dealt with a lot of high profile Jones Fracture injuries, Watkins, Julio, etc.

Chargers fans should be concerned.

Well the only good news is the Chargers defense seemed to struggle against a big armed QB and the deep pass in week 1.

Unfortunately we are a big armed QB but no speed threat to throw to

Use Foster, I guess. Or possibly Murphy? Motion him out wide and send him deep. Just to keep the D honest, at least. No idea if he can track a deep ball, but he's playing with tons of confidence right now.

This is sad, there are so many useless garbage threads which  appear to be reproducing like rabbits that you literally have to go back to page two to find this one. What in the Holy Hell is going on?

A few glasses of this and you'll be very happy, even if the game doesn't go as planned.

Get rid of Peterman or glue him to the bench, carry a third quarterback if you're keeping Peterman (which they should have done to begin with), and (won't happen) bring in a new DC who knows how to improvise.

that was one piss poor defensive game plan. flacco had all day to throw, and other than the usual front 4 spurts once in a great while, it seems like we have a dc who came up prior to blitzes and stunts. yesterday wouldn't have been near as bad with j.s. or pettine. why can't we have an attacking d?........mc coach?

McD: “I watched the tape and we have to be better in all phases”

Media: “Who’s your starting QB?”

McD: “I respect your question. We will see how the week goes”
