You put way too much effort into this.

1 - Go into dresser and grab undershirt

2 - Rip undershirt in half

3 - pick up stick on the ground

4 - place cloth on stick

5 - Waive white flag before coin toss

6 - enjoy your Sunday

A few glasses of this and you'll be very happy, even if the game doesn't go as planned.

Why even bother posting this game preparation crap. This season is obviously a lost season win/loss wise and only good thing to get out of it is Josh Allen possible development

My preparations involve buying a ticket to the annual Arts Festival in town.

Can't recall a home opener I didn't want to go to, this is a first. I see lots of missed games and lost money this year with late season games not worth adding $25 in parking to the sunk cost of the tickets. Classic cut your losses.

This is the worst team in the league.

And this Gaines clown is in for a long day Sunday.

Get rid of Peterman or glue him to the bench, carry a third quarterback if you're keeping Peterman (which they should have done to begin with), and (won't happen) bring in a new DC who knows how to improvise.

Why Philip Rivers Remains “Super Fired Up” Despite Loss

First things first – Philip Rivers was as ticked off as anyone after dropping the season opener to the Kansas City Chiefs.

But number 17 knows as well as anyone how the NFL is a marathon, not a sprint.

Actually, the Bolts’ quarterback compared the season to the world’s premier cycling event

“I’m not much of a cycling fan, but I compare the NFL season to the Tour de France,” Rivers said. “It’s all the stages, and that’s what the NFL season is to me. There are 16 stages you get. You make sure you better win your fair share of them. It’s a long deal. We’re down. We’re down after the first phase and we have a chance in Buffalo to go get a win and go 1-1.”

To that end, Rivers saw enough out of the Chargers to know they are well equipped to come out ahead when the marathon is over.
