Last year we were unsure about Mills and had 3 border line pro bowlers or alternates. Now we have Dawkins and 4 scrubs. Groy could be good if he returned to form from the year he replaced Woods due to injury. Don't know who they'll blame now, I suppose the QB again, but the fact is no matter the QB, the talent on offense has declined for 3 straight years and is now pretty bad. jrober38 Posted September 4, 2018 Share Posted September 4, 2018 Record: 4-12 The Bills will feature one of the worst offenses in the NFL this year (already terrible last year). We'll struggle to score points, and the number of turnovers will spike without Taylor's steady, yet unspectacular hand at QB. With arguably the NFL's worst group of receivers, when we get behind things will really snowball against us and in some games I expect the wheels to really come off. We'll probably score 16-17.5 PPG this year which will make it incredibly hard to win games. On defense, early returns show this year's crop of free agent talent might not be as good as last years when we scored a couple good safeties and some decent corner backs who have since moved on. We should be alright on the back end, but generating pressure up front looks like it's going to be very difficult, and I'm not sure we'll be much better stopping the run. Tremaine Edmunds looks like a stud to build the defense around, but without a group in front who can control the line of scrimmage and force the opposing QB off their mark, the defense will probably be average to below average when you consider how long they'll be on the field for. On paper the Bills are one of the worst teams in the NFL. We have replacement level talent across the depth chart, with major issues on the OL, at WR and on the DL. We'll also likely feature one of the least efficient QBs in the league which could lead to some disaster games when we get behind by double digits. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Uncertainty at QB, a dumpster fire oline, a 30 year old RB, zero WRs no ones fantasy league is drafting; a defense that relied heavily on the turnover last year will need to do so again....because it appears that Hughes might be on the decline and Murphy is coming off a one year suspension. But we play the Jets and Dolphins 4 times. So.. Biased Bills Fan (forever the optimist): 10-6. Peterman is a revelation. We might have one of the best coaching staffs in the league when it comes to motivation and team building. The oline stays healthy all year and gels. The D gets great play from Edmunds and fellow rookie Phillies. 2nd year corner Tre White leads a secondary that's one of the best in the league. And, we play the Jets and Dolphins 4 times.
