WOW! This guy is SO SOPHOSTICATED! I'm just in awe of how clever and insightful he is.

All these pitiful, needy, wimpy, dull old white men who somehow became billionaires by being droopy old rags.

Makes you wonder why this guy, who is so much smarter, so much more observant, educated, clever and moral, follows them around like a puppy dog begging for scraps to sell instead of becoming a billionaire businessman himself. Actually, he's above that. He's better than that. Better than them. blah blah blah

Becoming a billionaire is not a skill. No one's ever done it twice. It's a lie Republicans sell to the working class in flyover country. Be smart, work hard and you too can own a private jet and casinos in macau.

The guy that invented silly bandz is a total idiot. Mark Cuban isn't much better.

Being a billionaire is not a skill but helps to become a billionaire by having a skill (or two).  No one's ever done it twice?  I would bet a fair number of people have done it one a piece in two different industries.  Probably even NFL owners that have done that.  Last I knew Cuban was a Democrat cheerleader.

Or you just understand that dumb people don't build billion dollar net worths out of nothing.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Corporation is doing fine, thank you.

Maybe that is a BS analogy....but is it? There are PLENTY of rich folks who did not get rich for their grey matter.

Some just come into billions by winning the gene lottery.  Of course that means somebody before them in their family did the heavy lifting.

That was a tough read.  Very juvenile nonsense, calling people "tools" and trying to make everyone look bad.  "There are venereal diseases harder to get rid of than Dan snyder" had me rolling on the floor laughing and thirsting for more "insight".  Not at all

Good point.  That applies to 8 of the 31.

More than I thought...add NE & Dallas when their Kraft/Jurrah pass, too.

Weirdly enough, I could argue these teams are probably better ran than a lot of the self-made guys who "achieved" something in their business lives.

BTW: I count 10/32.

what was the question again ?

new york times does not support republicans per facts  so must be a communist based organization loyal to Putin. but not Trump

 got it

I love Terry and Kim. They are regular Folks doing good things for Buffalo and more.

The article was silly in its opinions.

Perhaps we should let Jerry Jones run the NFL ?

or that other fellow from Texas ?

and this need to go to the wall as soon as the Mods take their shift

It's a harsh take but we all know Terry is not the most glib individual.

and what does glib mean to you , my dearest Robotic person ?

Terry certainly would do better to write a speech and have it spell checked and punctuated. Rather than having him free ball it  lol
math and equations is Mr Pegulas thing.

Without a long and drawn out response this predates the fake news era.  I am also a fan of Team Pegula.

I think it best we leave it at that .

Thanks Rob ☺️

But if you want to pm me feel free and we can argue why the world is what it appears to be today  lol

I can relate to Terry.  Public speaking was never my thing.  I had a project (with two other people) at Cornell years ago and I had to give a presentation to a group of financial people.  The only time I went to class drunk.  I did alright but knew that a few people were not impressed.  To get over such things sometimes the old adage about not going around or over but through is very true.

What?

Trump became a billionaire at least twice and possibly 3x. He hovered around a billion net worth many times and I am sure he dipped below and then went over that amount numerous times.

The guy is a billionaire.

Of course he comes off as a tool, everyone is jealous of him.

However, let’s face it; pegs didn’t get rich because of his intelligence.  He was lucky.

He should appreciate his position.

Once you have a billion, it's not that impressive to make another. I can turn $500 into $1k. The trick is to get the first million. Being a millionaire can be a skill, and many people have repeated that from nothing, but becoming one of the richest people in the world is usually straight luck, sometimes combined with talent. There's a lot of talented working people though, too.

As far as Cuban's politics go, that's irrelevant. He got lucky selling a college sports website to Yahoo for $6 billion overnight that was shut down a couple years later.
