I can tell that it's CFB season when Bill goes off about the value of drafting DB's in the first :D

When was the last Super Bowl Champ that didn’t have at least 1 1st round DB?

don't be surprised if we go with a DB in the first round.

Better not unless he is Deon

I think a few of those teams had a great qb, good defense and good blocking. And, I don't think that many of those dbs were top 10 picks.

Huge comeback by Stanford over Oregon tonight. Looked like Oregon was going to bury them but a TD was taken back and a fumble a few plays later was ran all the way to the house by Stanford. Fun game to watch with  NFL prospects on both sides of the ball with the top QB in country in Oregon's Justin Herbert and hopefully new Buffalo Bill WR JJ Arcega-Whiteside of Stanford.

I wouldn't draft Jennings till the 5th rd. He had a knee injury and he looks as though he didn't get his speed back.

Gotham Bill is getting soft. In a prior post he stunningly stated that he can understand why someone would take an elite safety at near the top of the draft. That is not the ornery Bill that I once knew. Sometimes the inflexible can become more flexible, at least to a point. :)

Don't forget, there are some decent TEs in free agency.  Eifert and Cook could be available.  But yes, there are three TEs in the draft with a 2nd round grade but not many before or after that.

True, but this is done just for drafting purposes. It will change after free agency for sure.

I’d love to go after a guy like N’Keal Harry in the first, and Noah Fant as well. Gotta get Allen some weapons. We can sign some linemen in free agency, and draft some other guys later as well. We’re also waiting to see what we get out of Teller.

haven't seen N'Keal yet.

watched Fant this past weekend, he wasn't targeted much so it was hard to tell. Their other TE had a better game.

the Wisconsin TE Ferguson looked great but he's not eligible .
