Wayne Arnold
We're now three weeks away from the season opener. The team will probably keep six on the 53-man roster on September 1st. Although I could see them keep as few as five and as many as eight. Here's how the 13 receivers look to me if we were to rank them after preseason game #2: 1. Kelvin Benjamin 2. Zay Jones 3. Andre Holmes 4. Jeremy Kerley 5. Rod Streater 6. Kaelin Clay 7. Corey Coleman 8. Malachi Dupre 9. Raymond McCloud 10. Cam Phillips 11. Brandon Reilly 12. Austin Proehl 13. Robert Foster Big week ahead for the receivers.
NewEra
What have you seen from Dupre that would put him above McCloud? His height and combine results?

I put Dupre at #8 because of the first-team reps he received in the final camp practice on Wednesday. I thought that was a good sign for him. It was good to see McCloud back on the field last night and he even made a play. But him being out all week hurt him. He can rise up the list with a good week of practice and another good game next Sunday.

Receivers are a sore spot on the offense IMHO. The important thing is their relative performance grades- A being and NFL starter, B being a quality backup, C being a decent depth player, D being a special teams contributor and F is not an NFL calibre player. Based on that- 1. Kelvin Benjamin A 2. Zay Jones C 3. Andre Holmes C 4. Jeremy Kerley C 5. Rod Streater C 6. Kaelin Clay D 7. Corey Coleman D 8. Malachi Dupre D 9. Raymond McCloud D 10. Cam Phillips D 11. Brandon Reilly C 12. Austin Proehl D 13. Robert Foster D-

Hopefully enough of these different skill sets will blend to make it work.

He's a quality special teams player and has done nothing but receive reps with the first team all preseason. 20 minutes ago, jethro_tull said: Good list and worth noting. If not then they'll have trouble.
