We had thurman thomas, a league mvp, kelly didnt have to throw 50 times every game. Brady is the best of all time unfortunately but these numbers today are a bit inflated too. You cant touch the qb without the laundry being thrown or maul the wr's off the line anymore. Is that era ridiculously primitive and outdated by modern standards? Absolutely! You can't compare players in any sport from different eras.
