I'd guess that McD had multiple uses in mind when Neal was drafted, like playing in between the linebacker and safety spots to cover the medium routes over the middle. They can decide how they want to use him and what an ideal weight is, but coming from Jax State to an NFL program and they could easily get him into the 215-220 range in time.
