Woaoa, seriously?  Need the Supreme Court in NYS to evict your kid, you can't just wait for him to leave the house, put his stuff in the driveway and change the locks?

Wait till he has attempts to put them in a nursing home.  They'll wish they kept the nuisance child around.

If they're smart, they're gonna set up a family trust to handle the family assets with a successor trustee who is NOT their son

Court ruled in their favor. Kid claims he ought to get 6 months notice and says he'll appeal.

Something tells me they may not be that smart.  They needed a judge's help getting their grown child out of the house.  They messed up somewhere down the line.  One can only hope they right their issues and square away their later in life dealings.

Who is this kid?  Monty Hall?

Let's make a deal?

For a low energy slacker, he's gonna appeal?  All that effort channeled in the right direction would go far.  Maybe start with getting the not running vehicle off the blocks and out of the driveway!

And the publicity surrounding this deadbeat will call forth several support groups, organized marches, and Go Fund Me initiatives to provide Mr. Rotondo with shelter during his appeal of this odious ruling....

I won't crush the parents because we don't have information on what is causing this.  However there is an online movement that I would not be surprised this guy was a part of.  It's called NEET and stands for not in employment, education, or training.  Basically people who do what he is doing and that is freeloading off of parents or family members.  It should be embarrassing but there group think has made it acceptable.

Reddit has an entire community dedicated to it and a quick browse will show you the entitlement.  Be honest too when you think of someone who lives in their parents basement and spends all day on the internet isn't this guys picture the one that comes to mind?

This board would be dead in a week if too many people find out this is legal. If @Gugny's parents find out, they'll make him move out, or at least get a job. At least @BringBackFergy pays rent from his part time job at GameStop.

MasterCuts thank you very much.
