I think that he has the most value to the Bills in 2018... he was supposedly injured last year, they traded a 2nd and 3rd for him so they must have seen something, and he can continue to work with his old college coach.... They cut his old college coach who recommended him for a good WR coach! Did they cut him because he knew of preexisting injury and failed to disclose it to Bills? We do not know.
