Moore isn't coming to Buffalo to run the scout team. Spiller has proven he does not have it with three teams now. If he couldn't make it work in NO with Brees, he's not doing it anywhere. Then at end of camp you decide whether Peterman is worth anything, if he doesn't start he is not, he can't groom Allen and as a backup NO. What about a old Bills safety in Byrd as a backup for 1-2 mil a yr if he would take it.
