BillsfanAZ Posted April 26, 2018 Share Posted April 26, 2018 Everything will depend on who the Browns pick at 1. If they pick Mayfield then the Bills dont have to move up as high to get a QB. They can get Rosen or Darnold in a trade with the Browns at 4. I also doubt they want to move all the way down to #12. They need an impact player and might not get one there.  My guess is that if the Giants move down Cleveland has to play ball with the #4 pick. But the difference is if the Giants want to almost guarantee themselves a game changer like Barkley or Chubb, or a lower tier guy.  The Guants can stay put and get what most are calling the best player in the draft (or grab Elis replacement) if they dont get what they want in return.
