It won't happen. Nothing that Brandon has said publicly would indicate that he wants a QB like Jackson. That's likely to be a very high pick, and it could be the one where the Bills finally get their QB, adding that guy to the strong foundation from the 2017 and 2018 drafts. I think they want Barkley or Chubb no matter what QB is there. Last thing they need is a QB controversy. Plus Davis Webb might be pretty good. If we like a QB in the first round we will take that QB at 12, not 21. Even if that is Rudolph or Jackson. But at any rate, Browns are not taking Allen at #1.
