H2o
Hard to say. Favre's WR group said his passes could easily break a finger if you weren't ready. Russell's arm was ridiculous. Jeff George was the white version of Russell. Vick could throw a ball 70 yards too, I remember seeing it on one of those offseason QB comps they used to have. Cardale Jones has a cannon. Marino had a gun too. Edited March 29, 2018 by H2o
ChevyVanMiller
Has to be Derrick Dockery. The fact that he was able to strong-arm the Bills into an $18 million signing-bonus is still mind-boggling. 3

He was the first black QB to ever start a season (1969) opener in the NFL. He was the first QB I ever saw who 'flicked' the ball, effortlessly. He could throw the ball! oldmanfan
Here's one you young whippersnappers wouldn't think of: Sammy Baugh. Baugh could throw the balloons that masqueraded as footballs for well over 50 yards in his day. If he had the modern football no telling how far he could have chucked it.

Stank_Nasty
I personally think it should be settled by gathering Elway, Cunningham, Russell, George, and Allen and having them chuck this SOB. The summit of mid 90’s technology and every 12 yr olds ego boosting best friend. Edited March 29, 2018 by Stank_Nasty

BuffaloSol
Check out this high school kid, I found when looking up throws. In a game he threw it about 74 yards in the air even though it says 77, unfortunately doesn't look like it translated to college QB. https://youtu.be/IGeeDv6g2LY Edited March 29, 2018 by BuffaloSol
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower
Jack Kemp had an endzone to endzone type of arm, his problem of lacking touch and knocking receivers down, were stuff of legend. I remember stories my Dad and my cousins telling me about his arm strength. You don't get those kind of stories told about you unless you had it! SmokinES3
I have to go with Favre on this one. Jeff George is a good choice as well. Have you heard some of the Glanville stories on placing prop bets on how far he could throw it into the stands?
