Wanted to see if anybody here believes in parallel universes or living in a simulated universe. Could the "Mandela Effect" be glitches in the matrix? Recently I have been having so called "false memories" that many people swear happened but have changed. There are hundreds or even thousands of small time line changes people are collectively remembering. Thoughts?

I think you're a !@#$ing idiot.

Well I'm sorry you feel that way. An open mind wouldn't hurt, especially with many physicists supporting multiverse and simulation theory. Honestly I don't know how much of it to believe, but I do remember some of my hardcore childhood memories.

Anyone else remember those threads where Tom was positive, encouraging, and friendly

I always knew there were several moon landings, learned that pretty early on in school.  Apollo 13 was supposed to be one too, before they had the explosion.

The Jif/Jiffy thing is pretty easy to explain, as far as these things go.  Jiffy is a corn muffin mix, there were commercials for it and everything and it's another thing lots of people probably saw in the pantry as a kid, right next to Jif.  Memories are funny like that.

That stuff is fake as hell. No landings. All bullshite.

Yes.  That's when the machine gun had a new, gentler handle... Right?  The good old days! :D

BTW, I scored 5/10.  But you problably knew that.

Here are some other famous changes. Not all hit home, but more do than I feel comfortable with. There are more and more changes as the days go by.

Actually, you got 2/10. Add that to the list of things that have changed.

Ha!

I got Kit Kat wrong... Even know I read it in this thread. Cheated on Berenstain though.

Why is this even a subject. LoL...

Because commeon since typos/spelling errors are evidence of a tear in the fabric of space time. It’s called the they’re/there/their theorem. The name would have sounded better with only two words, but that too was changed when Tom forgot to call someone an idiot.

It's not just spelling errors, logos and events have changed. There is more involved then you are aware of.

Yeah, I am a physicist, and what you posted has nothing to do with physics, and you're still an idiot.

Like what?

Old age?

Is this a Millennial getting older thing?

Lot of it has to do with how you pronounce things locally or in your head (that test).

Like remembering Uncle Sam's hat, Tony the Tiger's nose color.  Just visual.

Simply don't entrench yourself into thinking you have to see everything perfect.

I will just leave you with a little Van Morrison:

Enlightenment
Chop that wood
Carry water
What's the sound of one hand clapping
Enlightenment, don't know what it is
Every second, every minute
It keeps changing to something different
Enlightenment, don't know what it is
Enlightenment, don't know what it is
It says it's non attachment
Non attachment. Non attachment
I'm in the here and now, and I'm meditating
And still I'm suffering but that's my problem
Enlightenment, don't know what it is
Wake up
Enlightenment says the world is nothing
Nothing but a dream, everything's an illusion
And nothing is real
Good or bad, baby
You can change it anyway you want
You can rearrange it
Enlightenment, don't know what it is
Chop that wood and carry water
What's the sound of one hand clapping
Enlightenment, don't you know what it is
All around baby, you can see
You're making your own reality everyday because
Enlightenment, don't know what it is
One more time
Enlightenment. Don't you know what it is
It's up to you
Enlightenment. Don't know what it is
It's up to you, everyday
Enlightenment, don't know what it is
It's always up to you
Enlightenment, don't know what it is
It's up to you, the way you think

Meant to say: 5/15

No, you scored a 3.5 if you applied the metaphysical principles of Brohms_Arm
