Would you be satisfied if the draft looked like this?

Recommended Posts

If the draft looked like that I would be satisfied in terms of what they selected.

I would not be satisfied that they failed to move up and had to settle AGAIN for a QB later rather then for once selecting up high. Buffalo and Baltimore are apparently the only two teams since 1970 to not draft a QB top 10.

look it up several channels wont play them cause of racist comments made within the show. its fact. get over it. TV Land was one of them

and by the way.. 2 of there episodes were never shown cause they were bad. My grandfather and I watched that all the time but there was some stuff said on that show that should never of been on tv

Quotes like..

1. The Coons are coming.

2. he said one time Whites should be 1 Blacks to and Chinese and Japanese should be 3 a and b

3. "got no Sweeds in the book of Mathew"

omg the list goes on and it was blocked by most channels. I don't have logo god bless ya for having it.

I'm not going to talk in circles with you, because clearly you are just looking to throw shade.

Also, I have said Archie was a caricature meant to bring out the conversation. Everything Archie says is mocked and debunked by mostly his son-in-law.... He also trashes Germans, Irish, Italians, Swedish, Brits, and Polish like myself... You know, pretty much everyone.

But I'm not here to defend a fuctional character. You called ME a racist.

My final point is this... When you ascribe the term "racist" to something as innocuous as me not liking a prospect, you strip the term of it's meaning. Real racism and discrimination happen, but according to you not liking Jackson is tantamount to joining a kkk rally. Your argument does real damage to the conversation.

Nope.

It would feel like missing out on big Ben and drafting JP all over again.

Big Ben, Mahomes, Watson... JP, EJ, Jackson. I cannot disagree.

Not a big fan of Chubb RB. A lot of those guys have been projected to go a little higher. I would try using the first pick to get a QB. 16-32 is the absolute death zone for QBs, scares me.

Besides AA-Ron next to none ever make it.

If we were not moving up I would be happy with the draft.  Hurst could be a great pick up there if his heart condition does not impede his performances.  Here's the thing though - for years we have criticised those at ODB for not pulling the trigger on a top QB prospect.  We have missed out on so much talent because of this approach.  For once I want to see them make the bold move and go get the QB they want.  If it doesn't work out at least was can say we tried.  I do not want to be sitting here in two/three years saying we could have had Rosen/Mayfield etc.

Did the NFL draft drop from 32 teams to 12 ... many players won't be there where you predict especially round 2

The draft is the draft. If you can predict it them you must have a crystal ball. It is a projection based on guys expected to be available and/or have injuries, so they may drop. Remind me how close I was next month. There are runs on player positioning too. 1-2 guys may go higher or drop down another round. If we trusted what the TV scouts predict, then we would only be 70% on a good day.

I would love it only if we couldn't trade up. I'd need a WR somewhere tho, likely in place of the the center. I still think Jackson could prove alot of people wrong.

Jackson wont make it to 22.  If they want a qb they will need to trade.  Who they want will determine where.  2,4,or somewhere in 6 to 9.  If Buffalo waits for 1 to fall to them a team will Jump b/c everyone knows they are Qb desperate.
