GunnerBill Posted March 19, 2018 Share Posted March 19, 2018 I am higher on Rudolph than most... but he is definitively not the best Quarterback prospect in this draft and he will not be the first off the board. I think the Bills at #22 (if they haven't managed to make things happen above that) is his ceiling in the draft (ie. earliest he will go).
