He will get too much credit but they had 2 top 5 picks and a ton of draft picks. Most GMs would clean up with that Kinda of capital. I certainly don't read anything into that signing that they're not still thinking Barkley, anymore than I read into the trade for Taylor that they're not thinking about quarterback with one of those first two picks. He probably knew that literally no free agent QB wants to go to the Cleveland Browns. Taylor is one of the few high character guys that wouldn't throw a stink if he wound up in Cleveland.
