Did I forget that you said those words?

The ridicule was so overwhelming, I wish I had forgotten saying it.

Yeah for sure, they could just dump Hack or Petty or both. But I was just saying that they do have 4 QBs now, 2 of which the current GM drafted to develop and we have no idea how much he likes them.

I doubt any any of the 4 QBs on their roster make them pass up a QB at 6 if the guy they like is there. But maybe with the Bridgewater signing it will be enough to keep them from going hard after a trade-up? (I hope...).

I don't really know what the Jets are doing, to be honest. lol

Neither do I and it is possible at least one of the big names could be dealt in a draft day deal to somebody who got caught napping.  Who knows?

I thought I had a list.

You didn’t like the Jags unis did you? (They’re changing this year...no more two tone helmet either).

Guarantees the jets won't trade up for a QB with also signing McCown for 10 mIllion.

It's all coming together boys, OUR FRANCHISE QB IS COMING!!!

The Jets have like 15 QB's now.. what if the Bills traded for the Jets spot at 6 and they are preparing for a 2nd tier QB to develop?

I agree.  Makes no sense for Bridgewater to go there in addition to McCown if the Jets were serious about trading up.  Same with Arizona.  Bills must have a deal in place to trade ahead of Jets if Jets are making these moves on 2nd day of free agency.  The fact that Bills don't have a deal for a free agent QB yet is also very telling.

The jets probably don’t think they can get a legit guy at 6 as the big 3 are gone and they don’t want to risk Allen or Jackson. They will load the roster and perhaps go next year for one

Yep, but i do think we will sign a veteran QB, I'm thinking Derek Anderson.

How do you justify signing two free agents (granted, neither of them in high demand) and then drafting a top ten QB after your 2nd rounder never saw the field?

What are they doing?

Kirk Cousins is making $28 million per year. The Jets are paying $25 million for Bridgewater and McCown.

The Jets ARE NOT drafting a QB.  Makes no sense.

They have McCown and Bridgewater already.  First off, to trade the house for 3 when you know atleast one possibly 2 QBs will be gone?

Lets say they get Rosen.  First year he is going to learn.  McCown was signed to be the bridge QB.  If he fails, they are going to have to see what they have in Bridgewater (they only have one year to do it). If he falls of the wagon, THEN you use Rosen.  So your going to trade all of that draft capital to move up for a player that probably won't see the field on a do or die year for HC and GM?

Bridgewater is their possible future QB.  He is the guy who, if McCown falls on his face, comes in to see if he is the real deal.  He is only 25, and is years ahead experience wise over Rosen, Allen, or Mayfield.

For me, the Jets are comfy at 3 cuz they know the first two picks will 99% be QB's.  They then have Barkley fall in their lap.  Their future includes Barkley, and maybe Bridgewater.
