I think it was the best hire for the Colts and it means we get to keep Frazier and continuity on defense. I think Ballard and Reich will right Indy.... but it is not a quick turnaround. Ill always remember Jim Kelly and other SB era Bills talking about how important Reich was to that team, and especially to Kelly himself.
