At the end of the Jags/Pats game lets hope.......

Pats can't win on merit. The refs will make a bunch of momentum changing calls as usual, hoping to derail Jags drives or prolong Pats drives. Then there is the one call that really helps the Pats and leads to points directly before the half or early third quarter.

If the Pats take advantage, then it leads to a 2 score lead and eventually the Pats win. If they don't and the opposing team is in position to tie it or go ahead, then there is usually a holding call or some other momentum killer that gives the Pats the ball back.

This is where the will of the opposing team usually breaks and the Pats march down the field with the aid of a PI, defensive holding or roughing the passer call. A crucial 3rd down is converted with the aid of this penalty and Brady marches it in.   If for any reason the opposing team comes back again and somehow makes it close, then we get the crucial OMG WTF was that call that seals a Pats victory.

It is so scripted, watching every Pats game is the same.  An opposing team really has to totally outplay the Pats and the refs to win.

I put the betting line at +10 (points affected by adding to Pats or subtracting from opponents) for each game. So you have to beat them by 2+ scores to win.

Jax can slow the pats down with defense but im not sure they have enough offense to win.

could be an upset but doubt it with my tin foil hat on.

A team of ALL-PROS that are not from the Cheats may not be able to beat them in Foxboro with the NFL offices doing their thing. Sad truth is they'd like to not see Jax in SB.

And you know...you would think the NFL would love to see two teams who have never won the Superbowl duke it out for their very first one.  That would garner more fan interest in the sport.  They are losing fans not just due to the poor officiating but because that officiating tends to favor the same teams.  People don't want dynasties.  They want to see THEIR team have a fighting chance.  That's when they can get excited!

at this rate, i doubt i'll watch the super bowl for more than 10 minutes.

i hope at the end of the day, though, brady is dead, cold as ice and a corpse dead..  i'm ok with being that guy.  hell, i'm proud to be.

I’m cheering for Bane.

That would be the ideal ending.......

Except you know the yellow team would be the Pats and Brady. They would then claim the collapse was caused by all of Gronks spikes weakening the ground bellow Gillette creating sink holes. Science could back it up........

I would rather see it go further and not just swallow the stadium but the entire area....

Actually, I hope there is a call so agregious that the NFL finally does something to address the issue,

If they haven't yet, they never will.

I expect the usual.  Refs will help the Pats to a 2TD lead and then they will call the game even.

I think they used up all their points last week.  I don't see them scoring more than 16......hopefully they win 16-14
