Tyrod had a winning record and never had healthy WRs or a consistent defense. We can do a lot worse, and probably will based on percentages. Of course if your waiting on Chud to see if he is kept on by the new Colts coach or if your waiting for a a playoff coach (Philly) to interview your stuck. It always was exciting watching him improvise. He too had a winnimg record but in all honesty I thought they brought him in to get more Canadians in to fill seats. If we do awesome and Chudzinski gets an HC opportunity again then you simply promote Dorsey. I keep seeing people posting that McCoy turned us down, but didn't see any evidence of that. It could easily be McDermott that chose not to offer him a job.
