Went to BJs and got Naked.  

May plan is to drink 8 oz of green juice in the morning then have 2 eggs.  

Lunch will bolthouse vanilla chia tea for lunch 

dinner salad.  Oil and vinegar dressing.  

 

Stopping at at doctors office to get accurate starting weight.    Yes I will tell you how fat I am.

I’m counting calories using the Lose It app.  I’m limiting myself to around 1,900 calories per day and trying not to eat as much sugar/carbsx. Nothing crazy though and I’m not trying to lose all of my weight in a month.

 

When I lose a few more pounds, I’m going to start exercising as wel.
