I mean it’s impossible to say without being insensitive, but the best colts team was the Arians team. If Pagano wasn’t sick, I think the Colts would have rather just let him go and kept Arians. They just didn’t want to look like terrible people by firing a guy that was sick. That’s probably an unpopular thing to say but the guy has done a terrible job. Andrew Luck and a terrible division kept him employed. If they could have kept Arians with Luck, they probably play in a super bowl by now. JMO
