He hasn't played football in an an entire year, and now he's playing in a totally new defense to him. I don't think he's ever played in a 4-3 like this before. He definitely needs time. If that's what happens, you have to wonder if maybe they dumped Cardale a little too quickly then, cause they'll have to go find another #3.
