Exactly. I'm proposing using the weapons of our domestic enemies against them.

That's how they're going to play the game, we need to do it as well. This republic's a sham, anyway.

Domestic enemies?? Oy vey. What weapons of theirs are you using against them?

Have I mentioned how much I hate the NYT?

I would love nothing more than for Trump to take action against it, but he hasn't got the balls to do it.

First Amendment.

You're a bigger threat to the country than the Times.

Unlike the Times, I have no influence to affect an agenda.

I also find some amusement in the idea that an institution that routinely calls for the silencing of those with whom it disagrees hides behind the first amendment.

Like I said, a sham.

This could go in any of the Russia threads -- but I'm putting it here. The Epoch Times is under attack by NBC today. Not just anyone at NBC, but their number one "Russia" and "Q" debunker Ben Collins:

Here's the Epoch Times' response:

https://www.theepochtimes.com/nbc-news-repeats-chinese-communist-party-propaganda-in-hit-piece-on-the-epoch-times_3049047.html

I have A LOT to say on this as I have worked closely with both of the journalists above, as well as others. I was approached multiple times to see if I was interested in writing a few pieces but chose to contribute instead for many, many reasons. One of my initial hesitations was the fact I knew nothing about the Epoch Times or their ownership. This was two years ago -- since then I've educated myself and spoken to dozens of their staff, writers, and ownership. They're on the up and up -- and have been consistently on the side of truth and facts when it comes to Russiagate (largely thanks to the work by the guys above and a few others).

So now they're a target by the worst of the worst: NBC.

This, to me, is a sign of weakness on the part of the establishment media. They know they're *****.

The concerted effort to put Warren over is hard to miss.

It's a dynamic that has been going on for a while.

Sen. Warren, do you ever take a break, or is your energetic advocacy on behalf of the public truly boundless?

 Trump is going off on the South Lawn right now.

He called himself the chosen one and posed in the sun (while talking about China) -- can't wait for those memes  Then he just nuked NBC and their reporter and called CNN more reputable than NBC.

The clips should be hilarious.

 And now AntiChrist is trending.

(This is why Trump will win in a walk in 2020... he says an obvious joke, knowing it's a joke and knowing the media will run with it as serious and push it as "he's unstable!"... which only makes normal people laugh at the ridiculousness of the media coverage of this administration.)

ABC News Insiders FREAK OUT Over Sean Spicer 'Dancing with the Stars'

Of course an essentially non-important story, who could care less if a "C" celebrity is on a stupid dance show,   But

It does show how the left does try to "other" the people they see as enemies.

You can't even let this poor schlub go on TV without objecting..........................."He worked for Trump, cannot accept!"

Silly, but part of their standard responses.

JOHN KASS: Robert Mueller crushed their dreams, so Democrats pivot to race.

They had invested so much in their fantasy that President Donald Trump was a treasonous agent of Russian boss Vladimir Putin. But when special counsel Robert Mueller’s report came out, and there was no collusion, no crime charged, their fantasy collapsed.

And so, after a brief spasm of despair, the left pivoted to their default position: race.

Race. Race. Race. Race. Race.

With Americans working and with money in their pockets again, with the 2020 election approaching, Democrats are reaching for the race card the way a sick man reaches for the waters of Lourdes. Desperately. Their allies in media followed suit, with Trump called everything from a white supremacist, to a Nazi, and on and on.

Meanwhile, the New York Times embarks on an ambitious new series, the 1619 Project — marking the 400th anniversary of the first slave ships to our shores.

The newspaper said it hopes “to reframe the country’s history, understanding 1619 as our true founding, and placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of the story we tell ourselves about who we are.”

NYT editor Dean Baquet, a former colleague of mine at the Chicago Tribune, a thoughtful man now with his newsroom in turmoil, expressed the pivot in a different way.

In terms of Mueller.

In a transcript of a newsroom meeting with his liberal staff that made its way to Slate, Baquet said this:

“The day Bob Mueller walked off that witness stand, two things happened,” Baquet said. “Our readers who want Donald Trump to go away suddenly thought, ‘Holy s—, Bob Mueller is not going to do it.’ And Donald Trump got a little emboldened politically, I think. Because, you know, for obvious reasons. And I think that the story changed. A lot of the stuff we’re talking about started to emerge like six or seven weeks ago. We’re a little tiny bit flat-footed. I mean, that’s what happens when a story looks a certain way for two years. Right?”

So the Times pivoted.

The story of slavery in America is compelling and worthy of such attention. But reducing the whole of America to the sin of slavery and racism that America has tried so hard to reject — by shedding blood in the Civil War, by passing the Civil Rights Act, by twice electing Barack Obama to the White House — is absurd. But revealing.

They are awful people who don’t care what damage they do, so long as they regain power — or at least manage to feel superior to their countrymen.

One POTUS claimed to be the most transparent ever -- yet he rarely made himself available to the press, speaking instead through his appointees.

The other POTUS got rid of White House daily press briefings so that he could do it himself rather than subject more people to the vitriol of being "Trump's" Press Secretary, has done more cabinet level meetings and negotiating on camera for the public to see, and is readily available and active on social media (for better and worse).
