I’m still burping garlic after my Lebanese wife’s cousins birthday luncheon, but I’m trying to quell that with wine. That may be adding to my viewing pleasure. ? There was this garlic paste at a middle eastern restaurant that I’d never had before, after 34 years with this family. It was actually delicious, but they later warned me I’d be sweating it out for a week. It should be interesting on the tennis courts in 90 degree heat tomorrow. I hope there’s a breeze.
