Farmers, buyers, sellers, commodity traders and exchanges, seed & fertilizer suppliers and pricing, banks & capital markets, seasonal labor, domestic and international players, farm equipment suppliers, and maybe among the most important weather in the form of water availability through rainfall and irrigation. And other factors I haven't mentioned. Federal subsidies are important but money is but one factor.
