Fezmid
Difficulty: Easy Ingredients: Red wine - 1 gallon Oranges - 7-8 whole oranges, cut in halves Lemons - 2 lemons, cut in halves Sugar - 1 pound Cinnamon Cloves - 2-3 cloves Cooking Instructions: This recipe is the kind of « the bigger the better » recipe. It's perfect if you have any kind of a group outdoors activity during the winter. Should be a blast for any football tailgate for exemple! For about 1 gallon of great hot wine. You take a gallon of a good (not too sweet, not too strong) red wine, 1 pound of sugar, 7-8 whole oranges cut in halves , 2 lemons cut in halves, add some cinnamon, put 2-3 cloves on each orange. Let the whole big recipient under a fire (a portable camping butane gas bottle for example). Keep it hot but it should never ever boil! Mix regularly with a big wooden spoon. Serve hot. Additional Comments: The classical beverage made at all soccer-rugby local matches during wintertime in my region. Perfect for tailgating! and stay warm!
