  1. It wouldn't surprise me if they were thinking Basham could slide inside on passing downs.
  2. Take Taylor Rd from the town of Orchard Park. You go through a few neighborhoods but no traffic. It's about a 15 minute walk from the lot to the stadium
  3. Park in the California Rd lots. They sit between 20A and the other major roadway. You essentially drive through a couple Orchard Park neighborhoods and bypass all the stadium traffic. The walk to and from the stadium from those lots will be fun though.
  4. The strength of the Pats last year was D and special teams. Their D outscored some teams on their own. They won’t be easy but they also won’t be scary without Brady.
  5. Did Mahomes already extend in KC? If not he should definitely wait until Bill O’Brien negotiates with Watson.
  6. Regardless of how you win, once you win they can never take it away from you.
  7. It’ll be all about winning the division. If the Pats don’t have Brady the AFC East is up for grabs. Could be an 8-8 or 9-7 division winner.
  8. Not sure if it is still a Bills Backers bar but there is a bar Located directly in Fenway that looks out like not the outfield. It had Bills jerseys and pictures on the wall. Was pretty cool being in the heart of NE sports to have a Bills Backers bar there.
  9. Troy Aikman and retired ref on the broadcast also talked a lot about the penalties and how they felt many of them should not have been called. I felt some of them were borderline at best. For someone who gets the benefit of so many calls going his way though Brady really shouldn’t talk.
  10. Why does everyone want to trade for AJ Green. We’d be giving up a draft pick for a rental of an injured player that is about to be a FA. The move just makes no sense. We are 2-0, not on the verge of a Super Bowl victory this year. Stay the course.
  11. I think every generation young kids across the country with no local team affiliation gravitate towards the good team that are televised often. That’s why the Raiders, Steelers, Dolphins and Cowboys travel so well. They were the dominant teams when TV was starting to take the games popularity to a new level.
  12. Pittsburgh also lost their starting running back, Connor. I think this is the beginning of the end for Pittsburgh’s competitive run.
  13. I have Drew Brees on two teams. They are Nice BooBrees and Huge BooBrees.
  14. He has a bias for Rosen over Allen and everything after that in his mind sucked. I think I’ve read that review somewhere over the past few days.
  15. Im only hearing the EJ comparisons on Bills boards. Everywhere else compares him to Rothlisberger, Wentz and Newton. As a Bills fan I get that we all want to think negatively right away but the potential is there. He was also talked about as the biggest boom or bust guy so maybe all the comparisons are good. Only time will tell if it’s the good comparisons or EJ.
  16. With EJ I remember them not being able to tell us what they liked. They just kept saying he has “It”. I just remember thinking what the hell does that mean, “It”?
  17. I wouldn’t say the upper hand but I’d say they have the best hand for teams looking to trade up. Of the teams looking to trade up only Miami has a lower pick and its only one spot lower. All the teams can offer a 1st but only we can offer one this year. All the teams can offer a second but we can offer two. Unless other teams are looking to trade roster players we should be able to put together the best package. It’s really just a matter of if the Bills decision makers believe in the players available to make the deal.
  18. I was assuming it was because the NFL has asked all teams and media not to tip their picks.
  19. Since there is “no Luck or Wentz” in this draft and many pundits are on record as saying they are all flawed I’m happy with any of them. People argue for one quarterback and say their guy can be coached but the others can’t. At this point I’ve seen so many write ups on them I think the top 6 could all have good careers in the NFL. At the same point statistically and historically only two or three of the six will be any good. I think 1983 was the best when Elway, Eason, Blackledge, Kelly, O’Brien and Marino went in the first. If they had fan message boards back then how many people would rip apart Kelly for his shoulder issue or Marino for the drug rumors. Since I’m not an NFL scout I’ll hope that the Bills will finally get it right because they know a lot more than I do with how they want to build their team.
  20. If the Giants are smart they draft the QB they believe is a franchise QB. He can sit behind Eli for 1-2 years and then take over. They can continue to compete and won’t be in the same situation we are in in 1-2 years.
  21. Kelly Kemp Flutie Ferguson Kelly was obviously one but Kemp two because he won a championship. I wasn’t alive at the time but he deserves it based on that. Flute because although he was only here for a season or two when the Bills threaten to move to Canada they signed him, had a ton of people sign up for season tickets from Canada and that shut the front office up. He and Ferguson are the only other playoff QBs I remember in my 43 years. Flutie gets the nod for the Canadian influences. There doesn’t deserve to be a 5th greatest QB. Frank Reich was a backup and maybe the best ever at that but still a backup. Sad and we haven’t had a real QB since Kelly.
