Most of the Justin Fields clips I've seen AREN'T penalties because the defender is in the process of making a tackle BEFORE Fields slides. That's on him for not sliding earlier before he gets too close and the defender starts his tackle. That is an important distinction to make. If you slide after the defender starts his tackling motion, it's not a penalty. Allen slid first, then the defender started his tackling motion. That's 100/100 times a penalty

No. You don't get it, just like so many others don't seem to get it. The rule is that if a defender is in the process of making a tackle and THEN the QB slides, it isn't a penalty, aka, a late slide. That is what happens the majority of the times when no flag is thrown. How can a defender be expected to stop mid tackle? He can't, which is why that's not a penalty. If you watch the replay, and I have many times, Allen slides, THEN the defender goes in to tackle him. That's a penalty 100/100 times. He didn't start his motion to tackle until Allen has already started sliding. It was a dumb play and one that's getting called almost every time. There was no reason to make that tackle attempt once Allen had started sliding.

Man I get it...I remember when I was a kid we went to visit my Aunt for 3 weeks in Phoenix and it was freaking crazy hot there with temps in the 112-120 range the entire time. We were taking the train and at that time the closest one was in Flagstaff which is up in the mountains and has a climate almost exactly the same as Buffalo does despite its southern location, right down to average snowfall... It was warm, 88 there when we got there and I was freezing! Literally shivering and I kept asking why I was so cold...and they told me it would be like going from 80 to 40... So I definitely understand why you'd be freezing!

Awesome! Bring your coats and hunter heat packs for your shoes/boots, it's gonna be cold! So far weather looks decent...20-25ish and partly cloudy with 20-15 mph winds. Still early but looks like all the bad weather is clearing out by Friday and the following week we are back into the low 40s for a while.

Any team can...but a player who has disappeared repeatedly in the playoffs over the years has a higher probability to do it again and less his team to a loss than others.

Lamar has a good chance of losing this week. The last time they were the 1 seed they lost. He has a habit of no-showing in the playoffs. He is the anti-Allen.

And I will give you pause that they never faced Superman in any of those other games either. Allen has a cape that nobody in the league has that he can put on. Not even Mahomes.

What they are failing to realize is that Allen would have had plenty of time to drive down the field and give them a dagger game sealing TD like he had 3 other times in the last 2 games there. Also, the Dolphins had zero chance in that game. They lost before even stepping off the plane.

There is something to be said for the Bills finding a way to win so many different ways this year even with all the injuries and bit role players stepping up. If Allen plays like he did in the last playoff meeting between these teams, the Bills win by two scores. KC doesn't have that type of scoring capability even with the D banged up...assuming we get some players back who missed the Steelers game also. Since you basically trash the Bills and are negative and pessimistic anytime you can, not sure why you consider yourself a fan.

You never wore any type of lace up boot or protection for it? Played soccer but I partially tore my Achilles playing pickup basketball once when I jumped and landed on another person's foot and then when I played soccer after it healed up(no surgery thank God), I would get Achilles tendonitis so bad the next day it would feel like every time I took a step it was going to tear it was so tight. Lace Up boot prevented it and for the next 5-7 years I played I wore it every game.

Those teams are all fraudulant as are their coaches.

Yeah there are a lot of clowns there. Always funny when Bills beat them in Arrowhead to hear their excuses. D-Line is going to need to play it's best game of the year to protect the back end and offense is going to need to have one of its best games if the year. A few timely turnovers would be helpful as well. Bills should pull out the Raiders playbook on D. I am not sure I have ever seen Mahomes look as inept as he did in that game outside the SB where he ran for his life every play.

Doesn't mean they won't have guys drop like flies during the game tho as we have seen the last few weeks... Players are always overly optimistic about their ability to play...it's the trainers that sometimes need to "save players from themselves" in those ways. Likely would have been a prime candidate to re-injure during the game if he played. The extra rest and treatments should allow for much lower chances of that.

McD seemed to indicate Dodson was close this game, maybe even closer than Rasul, but Rasul said he felt he could have played and will be good to go next week. So it sounds like both should be back barring setbacks.
