  1. anyone who goes will do it for fun- to be w/ fam, friends or just watch nfl football. that said, this game is just terrible. 2 inept teams. Bills will probably win cause Jets are really bad (so are Bills) and it will destroy the Bills- I am sure they will miss out on whoever is picked in front of them. Winning this game means nothing. Anyone who suggests otherwise is wrong. Fitzpatrick has no business starting week 17 btw. Might as well see what TT or TJ can do.
  2. If Aaron Murray declares he should be the guy. Go watch him and look at his #'s in the SEC. Better then Glennon's in the ACC. Glennon cant move. He is a poor mans drew bledsoe.
  3. You do realize TJ Graham was a WR at NC State when Russell Wilson was there? And when it was our turn to pick, we took the wr who ran a good 40 over the qb that was great in college. Or I guess maybe TJ made the Qb. ahaha-- good call Buddy. How does he have a job still.
  4. AGREE 100%. He needs to go OFF on plays like that. They showed the phantom block in back on big screen. He is not a good HC. simple
  5. ABC! ANYONE BUT CHAN!!! Tressel w/ an innovative offensive mind as his OC and I am for it. But it aint happening. Buddy is h$ll bent on sticking w/ Chan & probably Fitz.
  6. This is a great topic. So important to the dynamic of the Buffalo Bills. I am in insurance- the 1 thing not mentioned here yet is the unknown---> Ralph could easily have already covered his estate tax burden w/ life insurance. No sense in paying any tax by selling the team now. Get the step up at Basis at death, like you say. if they sell it for more than the fari mkt value, they will be happy to pay a little tax then as is more money in their pocket. But w/ the insurance, all he would have paid is the insurance premium and he could have done that w/ a trust (ILIT) and using his beneficiaries and gift them each 13K x 2 (Ralph & wife) = 26K to lower estate value and to pay insurance. Thus when they pass, the estate tax is covered by the death benefit. No tax, just insurance premiums. The question is, what has Ralph done- we may never know. I assume he has handled this. Look at Miami & Washington. Both their teams changed ownership real fast w/ untimely deaths of their owners. My thinking is Ralph learned from past mistakes and took advantage of living long and locked up his legacy w/ some simple insurance planning. Here's hoping for his family's sake, he didn't mis-manage his fortune like he has mis-managed his football team.
  7. is it safe to say that last yr was the worst yr ever for this Bills franchise?? if they wouldve just fired Jauron and co we could have been 1 yr closer. now we are set so far back with bums like Mayhem (ahahahahah!! what a loser and what a dork for nicknaming himself) and now Nelson! darn you ralph! darn u
  8. great report! sounds very positive. except for our qb position, but hey who needs a qb, right?
  9. Chad has always had potential and in the nfl it is all about who wants it more. if this guy wants it more then there is always a chance. too bad his oline and qb stink. ugh!!! please chan, work a miracle!
  10. Chan basically quoting Ochocinco when talking about the "baby"!!!
  11. yet they put Miami's song on there?? really? talk about a you know what song! Ralph probably wouldnt sell it to Madden cause he is well OLD!
  12. it can only go up from here??? right??? we have to get better?? Dick J is gone!! cmon Chan, do your Than --- G
  13. Ive heard Wood is okay and he is ready to punish people. Wood is gonna be our anchor for yrs. just hope he truly comes back from the awful injury.
  14. have you seen us stop the run??? we cant. 2 picks today will go a long way to helping that. nice!
  15. mccoy is exactly what the bills need. he fits chan system to a T. you think buddy would give the nfl exactly what he wants. wow, people listen to much to what the espn guys say.
  16. awesome!!! i agree. a big need for chan's offense. huge!
  17. Ohio St fan here... BIG BIG supporter of Teddy Ginn, but even I knew Ginn at 9 was dumb. Guy is fast, a wr. BUT he is very small and a straight line sprinter. I still thinks he has success in the NFL. but im sorry. Ginn & Spiller are 2 different animals. Spiller is a rb and a scat back which is EXACTLY what Chan needs. Anyone saying this isnt a need doesnt understand the spread offense. This guys is absolutely a need. Chan needs to create mismatches. Spiller is the human mismatch. You cant pass on this guy if you think he is the answer. Ginn, fast and fun, but not Spiller.
  18. Gaither. yes. take him all day and twice on draft day. we need an OT and then we can take a qb or other positions with our other high picks.
  19. i am not saying spiller is the pick but comparing spiller to ap--- that doesnt work. yeah, maybe Bush, but 2 things--- 1) Spiller is Chris Johnson. If I said you could have Chris Johnson right now would you take him and pay for it? yes you would! 2) Bush was on USC. USC was insane. Spiller is on Clemson. A good program but not close to a USC. Again, not saying Spiller is the pick. And clearly a home run rb is a luxury and we need meat, but spiller is more chris johnson than anyone else. we'll see...
  20. oh and he sure looks better than tebow. man, tebow is more of a system qb than i even thought. 4th rder tebow. and not for a qb either. he has no speed for nfl. he looked just awful out there. sh** dont work in the big leagues.
  21. i guarantee chan and buddy are taking a hard look at this kid. 3rd or 4th rder. he fits.
  22. spoke with the Condo- yeah Jerry Crafts and he said the team was getting hammered the Sat before the game - i think it was the wash bowl. he saw biscuit and company getting lit and him and some other player looked at each other and said "we're screwed". ugh!!!
  23. why not. guy made a serious mistake and is now 1 yr through an nfl season. he knows where he stands. he will give back to the community. id take him. with a young qb as well...
