I agree with another poster that "busts" can't come out of the first round, and I'd even be willing to extend "bust" to the second round, but not the third round, particularly when a team isn't reliant upon that player's or that player's position contributing. In the case of the 2013 draft, we drafted Robert Woods a round prior, making the Goodwin pick some what of a luxury pick.
Now, if we're holding the FO to a standard that suggests the draft is anything BUT a crap shoot, then we're being unreasonable. If we're saying teams shouldn't duplicate a position for "luxury" purposes, we must first consider hindsight when calling it "luxury" then also consider the Kyle Williams/John McCargo and Henderson/Kujo pairings.
