Outside of the Browns, who else would do a trade like that?
Raiders?
Commanders?
Panthers, Saints, most likely Tampa Bay after this season. Maybe the colts

So this confirms that Lamar is definitely a goner

You care enough not only to watch it, but to start a whole new thread about it in an attempt to get other people to also watch it.
You are the mark.
Because I’m Pointing out someone that’s clearly not qualified to work the job that they have? OK 🙄

Because he has people like you that care.
I don’t really care I just think it’s hilarious how he’s in the position he’s in and is obviously doing the bare minimum of doing research on players since that’s his job.

I’m not sure if this will get removed but I thought this was really funny. He’s gonna be a star at some point at age 33🤣

They can do some damage too. I mean which Bills defense shows up for this game?
I'm interested to see how the Bills Oline holds up to the Dolphins D. The Dolphins love to blitz and bring pressure. They have bern relatively successful getting Josh off his game. Of course, Josh and the Oline are much healthier now. Big match up to watch. Wilkins, Phillips, Chubbs, and Ingrahm are formidable.
I think ralonzo said it best. If Fraizer uses cover 2 shell then that’s the only way Buffalo screws this game up.

My gut tells me Tua and Mosert both play. I don't think McDaniels cares about anything but winning. Their doctors have already proved that winning is their top priority. If it's solely a Dolphins decision I think they play. Only saving grace is now the spotlight and heat is more on the Dolphins due to their past criminal behavior.
I agree. I think McDaniel schemes up a heavy ground attack using Mostert, Wilson Jr and Ahmed while Tua makes the safe throws/game managing.

This is huge. We had a really hard time tackling Mostert. Strange build.
Ahmed and Wilson Jr aren’t bad but they’re not much to worry about as much as Mostert

Cincinnati and LA are going to make Burrow and Herbert near-billionaires this offseason, so no, it's not the end of the QB mega-deal. I think what should be endangered though, are deals where teams trade massive draft capital and a give a huge new contract to a QB that another franchise did not want to extend. (Lamar Jackson?)
I guess you could add Russell alongside Jackson
Just now, Seventeen said:But will Lamar get a deal ?
In Baltimore I highly doubt it. I can see him being tagged and then traded. One of the teams he wants to go to is Miami since his family lives in Florida. He liked a picture that fan made of him in a Dolphins uniform.

Weird rumors. @Solomon Grundyhas it right. Tough to be a great passer when your wrs are either CFL level or injured for the whole season.
https://beargoggleson.com/2023/01/07/chicago-bears-interest-qb-offseason/amp/ I had a feeling Fields and Lance would be draft busts.

Kingsbury never coached Murray before the NFL.
No but it was said that if Arizona hired him that we would ***** can Rosen for Murray. So he mainly took the Arizona job so he could work with Kyler

He basically had NO PROTECTION and 3rd rated receivers. I don't think they'll give up on him this early
I would. There’s nothing I’ve seen from him outside of his running abilities to make me believe that he’ll be a great passer of the football. In fact I think there’s rumors that the bears might be interested in trading fields and taking a QB with their 1st overall

Why?? The Texans still have a shot at either Stroud or Young. Think Chicago need a QB? Is there a team that has the draft capital to move to #1 other than the Texans?
I think Chicago takes a QB. The new regime doesn’t seem to have much faith in Fields as a QB and he was terrible this season.

Darnold will be a target. Josh’s buddy
My god did you watch Darnold yesterday??? I’d take Mitch over Darnold any day of the week. I don’t care if Darnold is one of Josh’s buddy’s. That guy is the definition of dog *****

I wouldn’t judge Mitch from his Steelers run. Matt Canada is horrendous.
Exactly that’s what I’m saying. He didn’t fit the scheme/personnel in Pittsburgh. It’s all about scheme.
Just now, HerdMentality said:And Chicago regrets drafting him.
Chicago can’t draft a QB for ***** so there’s nothing really to be said there lol

He was brutal on the Steelers this year. Totally outplayed by a rookie. He really cost the Steelers a playoff spot.
No thanks to Mitch.
He was a solid backup here and Josh and company liked him. Honestly there’s no one else in FA that’s gonna be any better. I take Trubisky over guys like Dalton, Flacco, Taylor etc

Pickett was way better than Trubisky and was improving throughout the year.
2,404 7 tds and 9 INTS and a QBR of 76.7. I mean is that saying much though that your better than Trubisky? Also I’m not arguing that Trubisky is a starter he’s clearly not but he’s definitely a solid back up which he was here
33 minutes ago, John from Riverside said:I believe case is on a two year deal
No I believe they restructured his contract when they traded for him from Cleveland. He’s on a one year deal.

Not according to Spotrac…UFA 2023My tip is that he is not back here …
I don’t want MT either ….
Well then who are you gonna get lol? Buffalo is not gonna waste a 3rd or 4th round pick on a QB and most QBs that go 6th or 7th are garbage anyways. It’s gonna be MT. Beane already told him he has a home here in Buffalo if he wants to come back.

Don't under estimate the egos of these guys. I'm sure Mitch felt he learned all this valuable help from Daboll and watching Allen and wasn't going to make the same mistakes again and would live up to being the #2 overall draft pick. May have seen himself as a Kurt Warner type career revitalization.
Agree, but also wanted a fair shot to show what he had and not have to compete against a guy the team just traded a 1st round pick for either.
I don’t think anyone including the Bills had much faith in a 5”9” QB. That’s why they traded for Johnson. But like i said who knew Flutie was gonna pan out in Buffalo?

Feel sorry if you want to..not me
I don’t feel bad for him. He got paid for sure but I think he regrets leaving Buffalo for Pittsburgh. That’s why I said, I think he’s coming back especially after Beane told him that he has a home here.

I've heard a lot of people say this about his time here and I've never understood it. Not sure if it was just something someone said and it caught on? He threw 8 passes here last year, and 1 of the 8 was picked off. Outside of being a good locker room guy can someone please explain to me why it was thought that he had a good run here?
He was more dependable if Josh went down and he was heavily liked in the locker room especially by Allen, McD and Beane who told him if he couldn’t find a home last offseason then he was welcome back in Buffalo.
3 minutes ago, Big Turk said:He got benched because he was terrible. The Steelers literally could not score points with him on the field.
Honestly it’s all about system and if that player fits the system your OC is running. I don’t think he fit the system in Pittsburgh. Also Pittsburghs o line is not very good. Let’s not pretend Pickett has been any better.

Reminds me a little bit of when the Bills Signed Flutie, then a month later traded for Johnson. Always wondered, if Flutie had known the Bills were going to trade for Johnson, would Flutie have signed.
Same here if Mitch knew they planned to use a 1st round pick on a QB, would he have signed there. But he can join a long list of players who sign with a new team thinking they will be given a legit shot to be the starting QB for most of one season at least, only to be quickly replaced.
I think Flutie saw Buffalo as a last chance to make something of his career in the NFL. I think most fans including myself didn’t know Flutie was gonna take off the way he did and Johnson was going to be a bust.

I’m wondering if Belichick made another trip over to the bills locker room to congratulate Josh Allen? He seems to be a definite fan of him.Didn’t he say for the media to pump the breaks on him being a pro bowler back in 20 and then when he got blown out a reporter asked him about his comments and he got defensive?

No he’s pretty bad and what makes it worse is that he doesn’t care about football and proves that by playing video games over studying his playbook. I think Kingsbury is happy to get away from him and the cardinals organization. Arizona is screwed for at least the next 2-3 years
