So in other words he’s average/sold, upgrade him? Sure like we would do at any position, but above average/above sold OL is a pretty rare item in the league, especially with what’s coming out of the college farm leagues.

Beane knows how to fill scheme needs, and gets quality player that by and large don’t stress the salary budget. It’s money ball ish, and I like it. A hand full of great players and a whole bunch of good players. Beane knows what he is up to.

It’s all about execution, they all need to be on the same page, physically and mentally. Band of brothers and all. I am certain that the 2nd half of the playoff game still stings, a very good motivator I would think. With the new additions we are set for the division and more, imo.

As everyone knows, Josh needs to step up this year, that’s a given. That, and good coaches are supposed to taylor their schemes to fit their players skill set (LJ), I will admit that at times I feel Daboll loses sight of this concept, maybe our GM & HC have had a chat with him, and as well stress heavily to the offense that execution is paramount to winning the division and more...?
I do believe that we have ample capacity on this team to achieve these and other things... not because they are easy, but because they are hard, ask not what your team can do for you, but what you can do for your team... I’m shooting for the moon baby!!! ??

Some posters here swear by strict BPA, even though it never actually happens. I’ve said it repeatedly, all player acquisitions are need driven, more specifically, scheme need driven, but fan opinions are like a box of chocolates, ya never know what you’re gonna get.

The Bills used their first pick to get a stud WR. Would you rather they had finished near the bottom so they could have draftet another QB ? What do you think teams who make the playoffs do? What kind of draft is this? It's the draft of a team who is already very good and is not in a position to draft the top players.

That is always an issue when judging college players, look at Ed O he dominated in college but it is a big transition to the pro game, Ed is doing well imo but it took a few games for him to start to show more frequently, the same is likely for A.J. I trust Beane and his teams judgement.

I read a while back he had slow feet or some such a thing, he appears to be athletic enough and reasonably quick/fast, and had a successful college career, we shall see how he adapts as a pro. Good scheme need pick imo.

We should trade/let go Roberts and McKittrick, and PS two ish of the following, Foster, RayRay, and that other PS guy who’s name I always forget. KR duties and sweeps can be assigned to a WR or even a RB for that matter.
We should run with Diggs, Brown, Beasley, and Williams, the guys with the best catch percentages on the team, and our two freshly drafted guys.
Its like the movie money ball. We all know the line, “he gets on base a lot” or in our case “ he catches the ball a lot”. You go with the most likely positive outcome, that in turn creates the points, that in turn gets you the wins.

Sadly this was and is to be expected, Yup, it sure f ing sucks, but we all saw this coming in February and early March when the CDC warnings were being escalated from the initial reports in January, now we get what we got. Just as our team is rising, f ing sucks...
