i'm all for replacing the refs with robots and sensors and lasers and IR and cameras and computers. make those penalties and close-calls black & white with decisions in nanoseconds versus commercial break lengths of time. not gonna happen any time soon because it would cost a hell of a lot and take a long time to develop and implement and perfect so i guess i'm fine with humans for now.

but they still get the same number of challenges and lose a TO if they lose, right? so if they challenge and there was PI, the 50-60 yard gain should've been applied anyhow. And if there isn't PI, they lose a TO and waste the challenge. I don't see the issue myself. it's only 3 potential challenges which we have the potential for already.

i disagree. you either stop them from scoring a TD or you lose. if you allow the other team to have a chance to answer with a TD when does it end? Does the team that scored 1st get a chance to answer with their own 2nd TD? If they do, and they get the matching TD, does the other team get another chance to answer with another TD? And on and on. Bring back sudden death, I say.

eh. i don't wish hardship on anyone, i just want them to lose. if they do because he got injured i won't shed a tear, but it's them getting the L that's important, not the how of it.

i mean, they're no Dolphins/Jets/Pats but whenever we play the Redskins i want us to crush them just as badly. so it's a rivalry in my head if nothing else.

Yea, i don't fault the guy at all. And now that they don't have Clay Matthews they're slightly more stomachable. It was overkill having both of them all the time, I thought. maybe it would've been more correct to say i get annoyed seeing Rogers all the time because of the commercials instead of "Rogers is annoying"
