Dude, I don't to wade into this debate; but I just want to applaud you for approaching this in a civil manner and keeping it professional.  You have very valid points and nobody is interested in even addressing you with a thoughtful response because in their mind, there's only one answer.   Apparently the forum rules don't apply when the moderators want to get into the debate, because even some of their responses and posts having nothing to do with the subject at hand!
